Tri-County Adult Career Center is proud to be an authorized testing center for Pearson VUE, Certiport, and ACT WorkKeys.  Our testing center is located at our Nelsonville site providing a convenient location and plenty of parking for professionals seeking certification.

Pearson VUE is the global leader in electronic testing for certification and regulatory boards, providing testing services for information technology, academic, government and professional clients worldwide. 

Our test center is open to the public.  To see a complete listing of available certification tests or to sign-up to take a test, take a look at our Pearson VUE flyer and visit the Pearson VUE  website.

Your test results are immediately (1) available to you and (2) transmitted back to the test sponsor to update your certification.
Certiport Authorized Testing Center

Tri-County Adult Career Center is a Certiport Authorized Testing Center. 

Certiport is the world leader in performance-based certification exams and practice test solutions for academic institutions, workforce and corporate technology markets.

Certiport exams available through Tri-County Adult Career Center include:

  • Microsoft® Office Specialist Certifications
  • CompTIA Strata™ IT Fundamentals
  • Intuit® QuickBooks Certified User certification program
  • Internet and Computing Core Certification (IC³GS³)

Registration for these exams is done through the user-friendly Certiport website.  During the on-line registration process, you will be able to select Tri-County Adult Career Center in Nelsonville, Ohio, as the location where you want to take your exam.
ACT WorkKeys
We also are an assessment center for the ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC).  Job-seekers can take a set of three assessments and qualify for this valuable credential that is portable across states.   Prospective employees with this certificate have proof of their skill levels in the areas of Applied Math, Reading for Information and Locating Information (Charts/Graphs).  Certificates are issued at the Bronze, Silver or Gold levels.
